Indian Girls beat Serbia 3-2 in Semi-Finals to enter Final in Group G of 2016 World Championships at Kuala Lumpur. It was a tough match again. India started on wrong foot with 2 matches losts when Mouma and Manika lost their matches. Then K. Shamini gave India its first win keeping the match open. Then in reverse matches Mouma and Manika both played to their reputation and won their matches and confirm the place in Finals.

Manika Batra lost to Gabriela Feher 0-3 (5-11, 10-12, 9-11)
K. Shamini beat Andrea Todorovic 3-1 (11-6, 5-11, 11-5, 11-5)
Manika Batra beat Anamaria Erdelji 3-1 (11-8, 11-6, 9-11, 11-5)
Mouma Das beat Gabriela Feher 3-0 (12-10, 11-8, 11-7)

Indian Girls will play with Luxemburg in the Group G Finals.

Indian Mens played their Semi-Finals with Egypt and defeated Egypt 3-1. Soumyajit lost first match to Omar Assar, but then Sharath leveled the score with a win over Mohammed El-Beiali. Then Harmeet Desai gave India lead with a win over El-Sayed Lashin and Sharath closed the match with a win over Omar Assar. The Indian men will take on Brazil in the Group F Finals.

Due to this reach upto Finals in Group Matches, both Indian Girls and Boys have secured thier Place in Champions Division.
