Madhurika is the Winner at 11Even Sports National Ranking (North Zone) Table Tennis Championships at the Panjab University Gymnasium Indoor Hall. She beat Pooja Sahasrabuddhe 4-2 in the Finals in Womens Group. Pooja played very well to beat Top seeded Manika Batra, 4-0 in Semis. It is great proud that Madhurika and Pooja are Ex-Thane players. Shruti Amrute of Thane played Semi-finals with Madhurika. It is also important that Shruti, basically from Junior Group, played Semi-finals in womens which is 2 groups above her group. Shruti beat Reeth Rishya 4-1 in Quarter-final. Madhurika, being the Winner, won Trophy and Prize money of Rs. 55,000/-. Manika Batra was the other Semi-finalist.
