4th Maharashtra State Ranking Table Tennis Tournament, 2016, played at YMCA, Marin Lines, Mumbai from 9 to 13 Sep, 2016. 162 players from Thane participated in different events. Rutuja Khopkar was winner of Youth Girls. She beat 4th seeded Manasi Chiplunkar of MCD - 6/11,11/9,11/4,8/11,11/6,12/10. Rutuja became New TDTTA Star of Thane District. She was the only winner from Thane District in this State Ranking.



Gaurav Panchangam played very well to enter finals of Midget Boys. He was runner-up this time.

Zubin played Semi in Mens group and Disha Hulawle played Semi in Junior Girls.

Jash Dalvi and Aniruddha Marathe, both played Semi in Junior Boys.

Kheya Shah played Semi in Sub-Jr Girls. Tiya Wagh played extreemly good to beat 2nd seeded Neha Mahangade of Pune 3-1 (11/7,11/2,7/11,11/5). She reached Semi in Sub-Jr Girls.



To underline one more performance, that is of Shreya Deshpande. She was runner-up in Junior Girls and played Quarter in Women and Youth Girls.
