Maharashtra Teams of Sub-Junior and Cadet groups for 78th Cadet and Sub-Junior National and Inter-State Table Tennis Championships-2016 has been announced at prize distribution ceremony at Maharashtra State Championship, Balewadi, Pune. Based on players State, National and International level performances of this year, the teams were selected. 7 Thane players have made their place in these teams. It is really proud to get selected and play for Maharashtra State.

Mrs. Shailaja Gohad madam has been appointed as Chief Coach and Mrs. Vandana Shah as Manager, both from Thane. Tournament will be held from 1st to 6th Dec., 2016 at Siliguri, West Bengal. All thaneits hope to see medals for Maharashtra with good participation and performance by Thane players. Best of luck to all.
